Can you match popcorn texture?

We can patch and blend. Full popcorn match is difficult; we often recommend smoothing the patch and painting, or retexturing the whole ceiling.

Water stain — do I need to fix the leak first?

Yes. Repair the leak before we patch. Otherwise the stain and damage will return.
