FAQs
Common questions about this service.
Can I book only a small drywall patch?
No. Kozub focuses on larger remodeling projects. Drywall preparation and repair may be included when they are part of the agreed kitchen, bathroom or whole-home renovation.
How should I describe the wall work?
Explain the rooms being remodeled and send photographs of the existing walls, ceilings and adjacent finishes. The larger project determines the scope and sequence.
Will existing textures and paint affect the scope?
Yes. Surface condition, texture and adjoining finishes are reviewed together. Any preparation and finishing work must be included in the written remodeling scope.

Kozub Remoldes LLC I highly recommend William Kozub. He spackled the sheet rock in a new bathroom and painted .He fixed 3 ceilings where drywall tape was separated and painted them. He was meticulous in his work and did a great job. He arrived on time each day and covered all the furniture and rugs before beginning work on a room. He covered each room with plastic and also the doorway so that dust didn’t escape. He cleaned up when he finished each room. He was concerned that I was satisfied and worked to make the job look great.
