Do you work with insurance?
We can provide detailed estimates and paperwork for your claim. You work with your insurer; we do the repair and restoration work.
Water damage — when can you start?
After the space is dry (mitigation complete). We then remove damaged material, repair structure, and restore finishes.
Do you do structural repair?
Yes. We sister joists, replace rot, reinforce framing, and repair subfloors and walls so the structure is sound before we finish.
