Laminate vs vinyl plank?
Laminate is wood-based and can swell with moisture. Vinyl plank is waterproof and better for baths and basements. We recommend based on your space.
Can laminate go over existing flooring?
Often yes, if the existing floor is flat and stable. We assess and may recommend removal for best results.

I want to thank this construction company for the excellent work! Everything was done with high quality, neatly, and within the promised timeframe.
