Can engineered hardwood go in a basement?
Yes. Engineered hardwood is suitable for below-grade when proper moisture testing and barrier are in place.
How many times can engineered hardwood be refinished?
Depends on wear layer thickness. Thicker wear layers allow 1–2 refinishes. We recommend products based on your long-term goals.

I want to thank this construction company for the excellent work! Everything was done with high quality, neatly, and within the promised timeframe.
